Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your earliest check-in time may result in up to two nights' accommodation being charged against your credit card. Non-refundable bookings will be charged at any time after the booking has been made. There is no refund for a 'Non-refundable Booking' cancellation. Cancellation policy for groups will be advised at the time of booking.
Terms and Conditions
Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings. Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out is by arrangement only. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any subsequent loss of income if applicable. That you accept that Glenfern Villas may supply your information to third parties for the purpose of collecting any outstanding amounts and further that any collection costs incurred by Glenfern Villas will be fully recoverable from you. Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke inside, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over. All pets are prohibited on the property. Service animals are allowed with applicable documentation.
